W.E. “Eddie” Williams, III graduated from Pilot Point High School in 1992 & earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University in 1996. He joined Williams and Williams, REALTORS, LLC in 1999 and formed Williams Property Management, LLC in 2004. Aside from working real estate, Eddie co-owns/ manages W&W Ranch, LTD in Graham, Texas & is very active in his children’s sports & activities.
Ed, a Denton native, started business in Denton in 1964. He has owned multiple businesses and been involved in real estate, self-storage and investments. He obtained his real estate Broker license in 1972 and his GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute) designation in 1985.
Virginia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA, College of Business, UNT, and continued graduate studies in Guidance and Counseling, TWU. Virginia served as Executive Assistant to the Chancellor/ President of UNT, for seven years, and then served for three years as UNT’s Alumni Director! VIRGINIA has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent for 45+ years; a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for 40+ years. She has earned many certifications, including ABR, CCIM, CRP, and CRS.

Mace has worked as a licensed sales agent for Williams & Williams since 1998. He has had great success selling residential real estate, specializing in REO foreclosures along with local clients in Denton, Wise, Cooke and Grayson counties. Having received extensive training in pricing, repairing and remodeling homes, along with 25+ years of marketing experience, Mace understands the importance of maximizing value when selling or buying. Mace lives in Pilot Point with his wife and two daughters.
Ginger Williams is the daughter of Virginia and W. E. ͞Ed͟ Williams, Jr. She has been associated with Williams & Williams, REALTORS, LLC, since 2002, as the Office Receptionist and Computer Specialist. Ginger and her fur baby Chihuahua, named Ricky, reside in Sanger, TX.

LeAnn works with Williams and Williams Realtors, L.L.C. as a TREC licensed Sales Agent. Diana first joined Williams & Williams, REALTORS, LLC in 2006 after graduating Valedictorian from International Business School. She left in 2011 to go to Okinawa, Japan where her son, Alvaro, was born later that year. Diana returned to Denton in 2014, and was blessed to rejoin the W&W team later that year. Diana enjoys working at Williams & Williams and loves the people she works with. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.
